Programme Structure 

•Training Session: 3 Hours 

• Knowledge Assessment: 40 Minutes 

• Trainer Presentation Assessment: 20 Minutes Workshop Scope (Level-1) 

This Level-1 Train-the-Trainer workshop focuses on foundational knowledge and trainer readiness, rather than technical system development.

The workshop covers: • AI ChatBot fundamentals and business use cases • Challenges of manual customer enquiry handling • Manual versus AI ChatBot comparison • AI ChatBot conversation flow and enquiry handling logic • Human–AI collaboration concepts • Business funnel fundamentals and customer journey stages • How to explain and present AI ChatBot concepts clearly to customers
